If you upload a file but do not complete your order, your file will be automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours. You are never obligated to proceed, and no trace of your image will be retained.

Every file you upload is transmitted over TLS/SSL encrypted connections. Your images are never exposed in plain text at any stage of the transfer or storage process.

All uploaded files are stored on enterprise-grade secure servers with restricted access controls. Only authorised production staff can access your files, and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

All print files remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client at all times. We claim no rights, licences, or ownership over any images or artwork you submit. We are custodians of your files — nothing more.

Your files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers once your order has been printed and dispatched. You do not need to request this — it happens as standard practice. No copies are retained on any backup system after deletion.

If you would like your files kept securely for future reprints — saving you the need to re-upload — simply let us know at the time of ordering. Files will only be retained if you explicitly request it. Otherwise, automatic deletion applies.

Your files are never sold, shared, licenced, or distributed to any third party under any circumstances. They are used solely for the production of your prints.

File access is logged internally. Only designated production staff interact with your files, and all access is auditable. We take the privacy of creative work extremely seriously.

Whether your work is commercially sensitive, personally significant, or simply private — we treat every file with complete confidentiality. Our team operates under strict non-disclosure obligations.
